The idea for the stirling engine has been around for 100 years or so, I think but has never been able to be made into anything that could actually produce any power to be effective. It would be amazing if Kamen could get that thing to be a reality. If you remember, when all the hoopla was around before the Segway came out, some people were hoping for a stirling engine, as was I.
